How much is shipping? Even more good news! Ground shipping is FREE for all orders over $100.00 and being shipped to a domestic address. Orders under $100.00 shipping to a domestic address will incur a flat shipping fee of $6.99. Rates on our website are for Continental US shipping ONLY. WE WILL SHIP WORLDWIDE, BUT RATES MAY VARY. International orders will not have any shipping charges on them at the time of the order. We will contact you once we receive your order with the shipping charges and options, giving you the chance to either approve or cancel the order. How long will it take to get my order?The answer to that question will depend on how far you are from our warehouse in San Diego, California. Transit time typically ranges from 2-6 business days depending on your distance from our warehouse. International shipping takes longer and you should contact a representative for an eta. If you are in need of an item quicker than ground allows for, we do have 3-day 2-day and Overnight delivery services available at competitive rates. Also, please keep in mind that shipping companies do not count Saturday and Sunday when calculating the number of days in transit. If you have already placed an order, you can track it via the link in your order confirmation email at any time. SALES TAX: If you are ordering outside of the state of California, you won't pay any sales tax! If you are shipping to an address in California, you will be charged sales tax on your purchase of 7.75%. DAMAGES: Theres nothing to worry about when you shop with us. All products purchased on this website are insured when shipped. If you receive a damaged package, all you have to do is call us and we will handle the rest. A replacement typically leaves our warehouse within 24 hours. We do ask that you save the packaging in case the shipping company wants to inspect it. DAMAGE CLAIMS MUST BE FILED WITHIN 72 HOURS OF DELIVERY! If you take longer than 72 hours to contact us with a damage claim, the shipping company won't let us file an insurance claim, so please call us right away if you receive something damaged. RETURNS: We hope you will be satisfied with your purchase and will have no need to return it. If something isn't quite right though, we will accept returns within 30 days of purchase, assuming that the item is unopened and in the original packaging, for a refund of the sales price less an 18.5% restocking fee. This restocking fee helps us to recover costs associated with returns, such as putting the item in a new box, the free shipping that you may have received, etc. All returns will be denied if a return authorization number is not obtained BEFORE shipping the product back to us or if the item has been used. ABOUT OUR PRICE MATCHING SYSTEM: If you find a lower price at another retailer, in many cases we will match that price. Any price matching will be at the discretion of New Level management and the requirements are as follows: Comparisons will be made on "out the door" prices, which is what the total amount you would pay would be either at New Level, or at the other retailer. For example, if we were theoretically selling an item for $100.00 with free shipping, and another company was selling the same item for $95.00 and $10.00 shipping, they would actually be $5.00 more expensive than us because the total you would pay there would be $105.00, while it would only be $100.00 with us. Also, the other company must be an authorized dealer of the product line (buying from unauthorized dealers usually voids any warranty on the product). We cannot in any case waive sales tax if you are in California because that would be a violation of state law.
