SHIPPING POLICIES: Ordering online just got better! We ship all in-stock orders the same day if ordered by 7:00pm Eastern (so long as the item is in stock). Occasionally products become sold out and are placed on back order. In such a case, if it is going to take more than 4 business days to send out your order, we will contact you and let you know, giving you an ETA and the option to cancel the order.

How much is shipping? Ground shipping is FREE for all USA orders over $100.00. USA Orders under $100.00 shipping by ground will incur a flat $6.99 shipping fee. International shipping is not free in any case. International orders (Besides Canada or UK) will not show any shipping charges at the time of the order. We will contact you once we receive your order with the shipping charges and options, giving you the chance to either approve or cancel the order.

How long will it take to get my order?Transit time typically ranges from 2-6 business days depending on your distance from our warehouse (San Diego, California) as long as you are located in the USA. International shipping (outside of the USA) takes much longer (up to 3 weeks in some cases). If you are in need of an item quicker than ground allows for, 3-day 2-day and Overnight delivery are available at competitive rates. Please keep in mind that shipping companies do not count Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays when calculating the number of days in transit. If you have already placed an order, you can track it via the link in your order confirmation email at any time.

SALES TAX: If you are ordering outside of the state of California, you won't be charged tax by us. California residents will be charged 8.00% sales tax.

DAMAGES: If you receive a damaged package, call or email us within 72 hours and we will handle the rest. A replacement typically leaves our warehouse within 24 hours. We ask that you save the packaging in case the shipping company wants to inspect it. DAMAGE CLAIMS MUST BE FILED WITHIN 72 HOURS OF DELIVERY! If you take longer than 72 hours to contact us with a damage claim, the shipping company won't let us file an insurance claim, so please call us right away if you receive something damaged.

RETURNS: We hope you will be satisfied with your purchase and won't need to return it. We will accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date, assuming the item is unopened and in the original packaging, for a refund of the sales price less a 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable in any case. Restocking fees helps us to recover costs associated with returns, such as reboxing/repackaging, free or reduced shipping you may have received, labor, inspection, processing fees we paid to the bank for processing your bank card, etc. All returns will be denied if a return authorization number is not obtained BEFORE shipping the product back to us, or if the item has been used.
The restocking fee applies to all returns, including, but not limited to returns for reasons including: "Customer ordered wrong part", "Customer wrecked or sold vehicle", "Customer changed mind", etc. There are no exceptions to our 30 day return window. If you have any concerns about product application or are not sure about something, we strongly suggest contacting us BEFORE placing your order to avoid any problems or frustration on your part. Please do not assume a part for a different vehicle make, engine size, or year will also fit your vehicle. Most of the time it will not fit.
